All orders will be processed and sent to the selected carrier within 3 business days of order. 

Why is shipping so expensive? We understand the pricing to ship one item may be high compared to the price of the item. Luckily, most of our items are light weight. This means you can often ship several items without increasing the shipping price. We recommend this strategy for the best value. Please be assured we are always on the lookout for additional ways to save on shipping prices. 

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I return my order?: Returns cannot be accepted on soaps, bath bombs, lip gloss, or any other item intended for use on skin. Returns may be considered for resin based items, pens, and cards. These items must be in unused condition. Please visit our contact page to begin this process. All requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Will I receive one item for each listing or multiples as shown in the images?: Each listing will send a single item (unless otherwise noted) multiples are shown in the images to allow you to see different angles of the product, and variations within each batch.

I made an error entering my address, can you send me a replacement?: If we receive updated information via our contact link prior to the shipment being processed, we will do our best to update the information. However, it is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate address information. If a package is sent to the wrong address and is returned to us we can send you an invoice to ship the item to the corrected address.
